Cathy is a fantastic realtor. We were buying from out of state and it couldn't have gone more smoothly from start to finish 30 days later. With being from out of state and needing info on landscapers and window washers and pool people - Cathy has a "man" and number for everything and all of those people are fantastic and also highly recommend Cathy. Google+ Review I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cathy. We just closed on our house and I am certain that it would not have happened without her. She is very professional but also easy to talk to, whether it's a question, comment, or concern. One of the things that I was most impressed with is her presentation during our listing appointment. Compared to other realtors that we met with, she is much more tech savvy and really understands how people today look to purchase homes. She was an absolute joy to work with and I will recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am a RE/MAX agent with RE/MAX Action in the Chicago area. My daughter lived in Chandler and was moving back to Chicago. I searched the RE/MAX data base and came up with a few agents. After Googleing Cathy's name she had the most exposure of all the agents I found. That was very important to me. Then I talked with her. She is a professional. She understood this unusual situation. She treated my daughter as if she was family. She went over and beyond to make sure her home got sold. She took care of the house when my daughter left for Chicago. She held open houses. Cathy kept in constant contact with my daughter and I. She took care of every detail all the way until the property closed. I can not recommend her enough for the excellent job she did. We're confident that this was in large part to Cathy's internet broadcast marketing, her client networking skills, and good old fashion 'hustle'. Laney C. Cathy Carter is hands down the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure working with. My husband and I started our search and couldn't decide whether or not we really wanted to make the move. Regardless of our back and forth ways, in over a year she never lost contact or seemed inconvenienced when we wanted to look at a property. Cathy found us our DREAM home!! And sold our prior home in 3 days! Yes, 3! She has a way of making you feel like you are her only client.
