CHoP Chandler is the city's first locally owned steakhouse and grill, located at 2625 W. Queen Creek Rd. The upscale, chic steakhouse & lounge features chophouse classics, cocktails and a daily happy hour. From “bountiful burgers to bone-in steaks” along with seasonal fish and nightly specials cooked on a mesquite hardwood-grill, everything that is served up at CHoP is cooked to perfection! You can also find salads, fresh veggies, desserts, vegetarian and lighter fare items on the menu. CHoP Chandler offers timeless favorites and creative new cuisine, owned by the same group that delivered Rock Lobster – The Sushi Room Reinvented, The Living Room Wine Café & Lounge, and Humble Pie.

The menu includes delicious, mouth-watering mesquite grilled items such as The Pork Chop (house-cured, double-cut, apple chutney), Barbeque Baby Backs (local pickles), Baseball Cut Top Sirloin, Center Cut Filet, Boneless Rib-eye, Boneless Maui Rib-eye (pineapple-soy marinade), Roasted Prime Rib (limited availability), Lamb Chops (mint chimichurri), New York Strip, Featured Fish, Grilled Salmon, and Fresh Idaho Trout (lightly seasoned, grilled almonds, herbs). House Specialties at CHoP include the Braised Short Rib with Crispy Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes and the Steakhouse Linguini & Meatballs with Vodka Sauce. Oh so good!

CHoP also offers a nice assortment of sides like Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Chop Fries, Cauliflower Gratin, Fried Pickles, Fried Zucchini, House Mac & Cheese & a few others. You’ll definitely want to save some room for dessert! The delectable dessert menu includes items like “Pecan Torte” with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce, “Lava Cake” with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and diced strawberries, and “Toffee Bread Pudding” with white chocolate Frangelico sauce. Yum!

CHoP Chandler hosts Happy Hour daily from 4:00 to 6:00, where you can enjoy a selection of wines by the glass, 6 different draft beers, and specialty cocktails such as "Blackberry Splash," "Nutty Rum," "James Brown," and "The Penguin."
