Located near Chandler, Sun Lakes is a master-planned 55+ golf retirement community for active adult living. Built by Robson Communities, Sun Lakes encompasses six square miles and is home to more than 16,000 residents. The community is so large that the city of Chandler renamed this six-square mile section "Sun Lakes" so they would have their own address. Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes
Cottonwood Palo Verde is one active adult community comprised of two country clubs operating under one HOA, with 36 holes of golf, restaurants, and an abundance of recreation and activities for homeowners and their guests.
