The Magic of Living in Ahwatukee

The old adage “location, location, location” still holds water in 2014.  Location does matter, particularly if a home is located in a great school district.  Both high schools in the Ahwatukee Foothills – Desert Vista and Mountain Pointe – are operated by the Tempe Union High School District.  Tempe Union has the best test scores of any district in Arizona.
