As a graduate of Ball State University in Organized Communication, Michael’s work experience spans from small businesses to large Fortune 500 companies. He has been a top producing mortgage consultant in the financing industry for the past 11 years. By striving to obtain the best financing available and provide his clients with excellent customer service, he has been awarded the President’s Club and Circle of Excellence Honors seven times at three major corporations.
Michael’s major objective when working with his clients is to obtain the best debt strategy to create long-term wealth. He takes the time with each client to analyze different down payment options and discuss the key benefits and drawbacks of each program. Michael strives to make sure that every client has a clear understanding of their financing and that they walk away from their transaction with the knowledge of how to maximize their credit and purchasing ability for future transactions.
Michael not only sets and achieves goals inside the office but also within his personal life. Michael climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in October of 2007, the highest peak on the African continent and the highest free-standing mountain in the world, standing over 19,341 feet high. In 2009 he climbed Mount Rainer in Washington, standing at 14,711 feet high. He also spends time giving back to his community by helping non-profit corporations through a collaboration of top Phoenix businesses with Arizona LeaderForce. Michael has adorable, twin boys at the age of two. They already show signs of his charismatic and caring personality. Alex has Michael’s adventurous streak while Max shares his introspective side. Both of whom are the light of his life and how he likes to spend all of his free time. He has already started taking them on hikes with him so they can share his love of the outdoors and being just as active as he is.

Senior Loan Officer
After I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Marketing with a Sales emphasis, I moved to the valley to pursue my professional career. Over the next decade, I worked with hundreds of local businesses perfecting my needs based sales approach and refining my sales management style.
When I became a mortgage loan officer, I noticed a need for a defined process that would ensure proper communication and a smooth closing for my clients. I have adapted the strategies I’ve learned into developing an extremely detailed approach to home financing. This begins with an in depth analysis to determine the best loan option for my clients followed by verifying the details of their individual financial situations. Taking this comprehensive approach with each client ensures a smooth closing. This methodology has assisted me in doubling my business each year and helped me rise to the level of Senior Loan Officer and Team Lead.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors and taking advantage of the beautiful Arizona weather. Whether that be hiking with my yellow lab, Maddux, or playing one of the valley’s spectacular golf courses.
