Chandler

Located about 22 miles southeast of Phoenix, Chandler is a city suburb that’s both cosmopolitan and family-friendly. Home to nearly 258,000 people, Chandler is a diverse and affluent community situated in one of the fastest-growing innovation and technology hubs in the U.S. In the 1980s, Chandler’s agriculture-based economy shifted to technology when Intel Corporation began its operations here. Chandler's innovative technology base and excellent educational facilities provide the foundation for a comfortable lifestyle. The largest employer in Chandler is Intel Corporation with 2 campuses. Chandler is home to a vibrant and historic downtown, exciting cultural and recreation options, fabulous shopping (Chandler Fashion Center) and fine dining destinations, an excellent school system, over 60 parks and outdoor activities that can be enjoyed year-round, and several top-rated golf courses.

Mesa

Mesa is a city suburb located about 20 miles east of Phoenix. Home to around 538,146 people, Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona. The Polytechnic campus of Arizona State University is located in Mesa as well as the largest relief airport in the Phoenix area - Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Mesa has a rich cultural heritage and is currently experiencing tremendous economic growth due to the expansion of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport attracting many new businesses to the area. Tempe

The city of Tempe was named after the Vale of Tempe in Greece, a gorge in the Tempi municipality of northern Thessaly, Greece. Home to approximately 195,805 people, Tempe is bordered by Phoenix and Guadalupe on the west, Scottsdale and the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community on the north, Chandler on the south, and Mesa on the east.  Top employers in Tempe include Arizona State University, State Farm Insurance, Freedom Financial Network, JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, ABM Industries, Wells Fargo, City of Tempe, SRP, Honeywell, and Insight Direct Inc.

Tempe has a lively downtown brimming with restaurants, stores, galleries, clubs, and nightlife and is also home to the main campus of Arizona State University. For parents with school-age children, Tempe offers outstanding education choices from preschool to graduate school. The city is served by three highly regarded public school districts: Tempe Elementary School DistrictKyrene School District, and Tempe Union High School District.  In November 2021, Tempe home prices were up 18.5% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $425K. On average, homes in Tempe sell after 32 days on the market compared to 35 days last year. There were 211 homes sold in November this year, up from 206 last year.

Ahwatukee

Ahwatukee is the southernmost village of Phoenix, known for its rugged natural beauty, picturesque mountain views, and charming small-town feel. Ahwatukee is situated at the base of South Mountain Park and Preserve, stretching along its northern border. With a population of around 83,665 (2020), Ahwatukee offers easy access to outdoor activities like hiking biking, and horseback riding in South Mountain Park, great shopping and dining options, several top-rated golf courses, and close proximity to major employment hubs.

Scottsdale
