Located about 22 miles southeast of Phoenix, Chandler is a city suburb that’s both cosmopolitan and family-friendly. Home to nearly 258,000 people, Chandler is a diverse and affluent community situated in one of the fastest-growing innovation and technology hubs in the U.S. In the 1980s, Chandler’s agriculture-based economy shifted to technology when Intel Corporation began its operations here. Chandler's innovative technology base and excellent educational facilities provide the foundation for a comfortable lifestyle. The largest employer in Chandler is Intel Corporation with 2 campuses.
